Volunteer with Us
![]() |
Volunteers engage in a wide variety of work, depending on their skills and interests. |
Canadian Lutheran World Relief offers several ways for Canadians to get involved directly with our work. Volunteer opportunities cover a broad range of programs and needs, and can take place from your home or church, from one of our offices or even overseas.
In Canada
Opportunities to volunteer with CLWR in Canada include providing administrative support in one of our three offices, helping out with Four Corners alternative trade, and becoming an Awareness Builder.
Overseas
Through its International Volunteer Service CLWR facilitates volunteer placements overseas for periods of six months to two years. Volunteer interests and abilities are matched with requests from partner organizations.
