One Community project
One Community highlights the comprehensive nature of development programming by challenging individuals, groups or an entire congregation to equip a representative community with items from the Gifts from the Heart catalogue. You can chart your progress by creating a bulletin board display of your community and adding gift items as they are able to be purchased. All materials needed to begin a One Community project are included in the resource package. All you need is some coloured pencils or crayons and some imagination as to how you will promote the project within your group or congregation.

The One Community resource package includes colouring-book syle drawings of a variety of items from the Gifts from the Heart catalogue. Set a goal for your project and then as funds are raised, involve Sunday School students by having them colour the items and add them to the master community map.
