Canadian Lutheran World Relief is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who makes contact with the organization. Any personal information that is collected is only used by CLWR for the following purposes:
- To establish and maintain responsible relations with constituents;
- To understand, develop, and/or enhance constituent needs, desires, concerns, or opinions;
- To provide constituents with products and/or services;
- To solicit and administer fundraising initiatives;
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements; and
- To advance the established goals of CLWR.
Personal information is only used for CLWR related purposes and is not shared with third-party groups.
All information is maintained within the most reasonable security standards available to CLWR.
Individuals may request access to their personal information within a realistic time period and may request its removal if this does not break any legal requirements (e.g. charity regulations). Please note, that removal of personal information will limit CLWR's ability to serve you.
