Expected number of beneficiaries: 360 households

 

This project will provide employment training to internally displaced people who have fled violence in Myanmar and are now living in makeshift camps or communities away from home. Members in the communities hosting the internally displaced people will also receive employment training.

A variety of entrepreneurial skill and technical training will be offered in areas such as: dressmaking, crab farming, fishing, and in beauty salons, among others. Project participants will receive a startup kit to begin their business and receive ongoing mentorship after their business is launched.
